Welcome to APD Developers. By accessing our website, submitting your details, or engaging with our team, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1) Scope & Nature of Information
All content on our website, brochures, emails, ads, and other communications is general information only and not a legal or commercial offer. Project particulars (layouts, prices, sizes, timelines, amenities) may be updated without notice, subject to applicable law and approvals.
2) Expression of Interest (EOI) & No Obligation
Submitting your details or an enquiry does not create any obligation on either party to sell or purchase any plot. A binding transaction arises only on execution of the Agreement for Sale/Conveyance, and compliance with applicable laws and approvals.
3) Regulatory Compliance (DTCP)
Our communications and sales processes are governed by applicable laws and the regulations notified by the Directorate of Town & Country Planning (DTCP), Telangana, where applicable. Wherever DTCP approval is required, we will disclose the project’s approval details in marketing/advertising and provide access to statutory documents as per law. Buyers are advised to independently verify DTCP approvals, clearances, and land title before making any payments.
4) Contact Consent & DND
By submitting your details, you consent to us contacting you via Call/SMS/WhatsApp/Email/other channels, including if you are registered under DND. We don’t share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or to comply with regulatory obligations.
5) Accuracy, Visuals & Variations
While we try to keep information accurate and current, artistic impressions, sample images, rendered visuals, furniture, and lifestyle depictions are illustrative and may differ from actual development/handover conditions. Dimensions may vary due to design development/tolerances/regulatory directions. Final deliverables shall be as per sanctioned plans, agreement(s), and applicable approvals.
6) Use of Website
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to access and use the site for personal, non‑commercial purposes. You agree not to (a) copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of site content; (b) attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, or disrupt operations; (c) post unlawful/defamatory content; or (d) use our trademarks without permission.
7) Intellectual Property
All site content (text, graphics, logos, images, layouts, code, compilations) is our property or used under license and protected by IP laws. No license is granted other than for viewing/downloading for personal reference.
8) Third‑Party Links
Links to external sites (if any) are for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Access is at your own risk.
9) Privacy, Cookies & Analytics

10) No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APD Developers is not liable for any direct/indirect/special/incidental/consequential damages arising from your use of (or reliance on) the website, materials, or communicationseven if advised of the possibility.
12) User Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APD Developers, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.
13) Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays/failures due to events beyond reasonable control (acts of God, regulations, court orders, embargoes, pandemics, strikes, supply chain issues, or similar events).
14) Amendments, Suspension & Termination
We may update these Terms or any site content at any time without prior notice; the latest version will apply upon posting. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or applicable law.
15) Severability, Waiver & Assignment
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. No waiver is effective unless in writing. You may not assign your rights/obligations without our prior written consent.
16) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
